If you don’t need to lose weight, if you do sport, work out, fitness, if you’re pregnant, or if you’re a child or a teenager, you NEED to eat carbs at every meal. This diet is for a geek fat male!
Florian, you asked for a diet, to lose some weight, here’s a low carb one. Part 1 will last 2 weeks without bread, pasta, rice, potatoes or anything made with sugar or flour; only sweet food will be FRUITS. Then I’ll help you put carbs back, to avoid putting on weight again.
Keep track of your weight at beginning, monday morning (then daily, weekly or monthly if you want).
Every day, at 11:00 am (Paris Time), I’ll post the day after menu, if you have questions, please leave a comment after the tone.

DAYO1 (Monday):
- breakfast: pomelos and low-fat yoghurt without sugar, tea is allowed
- lunch: tomato salad with basil and olive oil, low-fat (5%) organic grilled beef with mashed celeriac, low-fat yoghurt and 3 – 4 apricots
- if you’re hungry in the afternoon: 1 apple
- dinner: green salad with olive oil, steamed fish and broccoli, low-fat yoghurt
DRINK ONLY WATER! Nothing else my friend, tap or sparkling water, not too much sodium.
I know, it looks hard and hard it will be; you’ll be hungry for the next couple of days, then you’ll feel better.
