If you don’t need to lose weight, if you do sport, work out, fitness, if you’re pregnant, or if you’re a child or a teenager, you NEED to eat carbs at every meal. This diet is for a geek fat male! ;)

Respect yourself, respect food! Meal’s time for you, alone, with friends, clients or family: it must be good time. Eating is a REAL activity with a beginning (starter),  a main and an end (dessert). You have to do it like you do everything else, thinking about what you are doing right now; with passion, respect and enjoying each bite. To slow, put your fork down on the table at each bite, smell, taste, keep it in your mouth, chew slowly and swallow it. What does this bite remind you on? Childhood, first restaurant, first job or date maybe? Taste food like you could taste wine! Aaah, two hours lunch… ;)
But, hey, just don’t get drunk!! :P

DAYO5 (Friday):

  1. breakfast: a bowl of cherries and low-fat yoghurt without sugar, and tea
  2. lunch: carpaccio with grilled eggplant and green salad, low-fat soft white cheese and a pear
  3. if you’re hungry in the afternoon: 1 apple (Gala)
  4. dinner:  green bean salad with grilled chicken filet, roquette and pomelos, low-fat yoghurt

Week-end is coming, any plans? :)
