Overheard during diets: drink water when you’re hungry. And? Eat when you’re thirsty?! ![]()
A good tip is to drink 1 small glass of water each hour, to differenciate clearly hunger and thirst; when you feel you need to eat quickly, try to drink a glass of water, you’ll eat slowly.
DAYO4 (Thursday):
- breakfast: a bowl of strawberries and low-fat yoghurt without sugar, and tea
- lunch: grated carotts with orange juice (instead of vinegar, try it, it’s awe!), grilled king prawns with grilled fenel, low-fat soft white cheese and peach
- if you’re hungry in the afternoon: 1 apple (Boskoop)
- dinner: beet salad, 2 boiled eggs and spinach (no cream please), low-fat yoghurt
