If you don’t need to lose weight, if you do sport, work out, fitness, if you’re pregnant, or if you’re a child or a teenager, you NEED to eat carbs at every meal. This diet is for a geek fat male! ;)

Overheard during diets: drink water when you’re hungry. And? Eat when you’re thirsty?! :D
A good tip is to drink 1 small glass of water each hour, to differenciate clearly hunger and thirst; when you feel you need to eat quickly, try to drink a glass of water, you’ll eat slowly.

DAYO4 (Thursday):

  1. breakfast: a bowl of strawberries and low-fat yoghurt without sugar, and tea
  2. lunch: grated carotts with orange juice (instead of vinegar, try it, it’s awe!), grilled king prawns with grilled fenel, low-fat soft white cheese and peach
  3. if you’re hungry in the afternoon: 1 apple (Boskoop)
  4. dinner:  beet salad, 2  boiled eggs and spinach (no cream please), low-fat yoghurt

Good news: you’re doing well on these first days of this challenge! Motivation and well-being are most important!
It’s a matter of time now; Week01 and Week02 are like a detox program, to get used to less food, sugar, fat and alcohol, + more fibers, vitamins and water. After that, carbs will be back! but you’ll have to stick to the diet; everything is planned :)
I know it’s hard, to cut with habits (bad or good), but like music or karate, you’ll have to repeat moves again and again, one day you’ll fly alone my friend ;)

DAYO3 (Wenesday):

  1. breakfast: a banana and low-fat yoghurt without sugar, and tea
  2. lunch: lamb’s lettuce (mâche), grilled chicken (not from Kentucky!) with steamed zucchini, low-fat soft white cheese and watermelon
  3. if you’re hungry in the afternoon: 1 apple (Granny Smith)
  4. dinner: slices Champignons de Paris (white mushrooms) with olive oil with truffle and lemon, steamed fish and leeks, low-fat yoghurt

I bought a bike on monday to go to work, useful sport! Do you take some time to move more? ;)

How was DAY01? Easy? ;)
What are the size of your vegetables and meat? It should be a plate of veggies, not 2: if you are still hungry, there is a yoghurt and a fruit, and 150g (1/3 lbs) of low-fat meat or fish (or 2 eggs).

DAYO2 (Tuesday):

  1. breakfast: 3 slices of pineapple and low-fat yoghurt without sugar, what about green tea? :)
  2. lunch: (soja) bean sprouts salad with nut oil, low-fat (5%) roasted pork (filet mignon) with steamed carotts, low-fat soft white cheese with rapsberries
  3. if you’re hungry in the afternoon: 1 apple (try Pink Lady)
  4. dinner: white cabbage salad with sesam seeds (yeah, like in a Sushi menu), grilled veal cutlet and ratatouille (not the rat!), low-fat yoghurt
